The data from the assembly monitoring can be stored both on-premise and in a cloud. Statistical values are forwarded to VOSS via a API in order to continuously improve the artificial intelligence and always provide you with the best detection of the assembly quality.

Data protection

Data protection is a key issue and is also very important to us. ClickID does not make any direct audio recordings and protects the personal rights of the user. This means that no conversations or background noises that may contain private or confidential information are recorded.

    What is ClickID and how does it work?

    ClickID is an intelligent wearable that uses AI and sensors to analyze movements and sounds. This enables it to reliably detect whether assembly processes have been carried out correctly and helps you identify and resolve errors at an early stage.

    What are the requirements for ClickID?

    ClickID is easy to use and requires:

    • A stable Wi-Fi connection to transmit data in real time.
    • A standard production environment in which the clicking sound of the assembly processes is clearly audible; even quiet sounds are reliably detected.
    Does the glove interfere with the operator’s work?

    No, ClickID is designed not to hinder the work. Even in small or confined workspaces, operation remains flexible and efficient.

    Can I test ClickID in advance?

    Yes, we offer you the opportunity to test ClickID in a multi-week proof of concept (PoC). This allows you to ensure that the system fits your processes optimally.

    What does the project process look like?

    Each project is individual. A typical process looks like this:

    1. Analysis of your requirements and processes.
    2. Planning and design of the integration.
    3. Proof of concept (PoC) to ensure functionality.
    4. On-site installation and training.

    Which devices and systems are part of ClickID?

    The system includes:

    • The glove, the device, and a charging station, all provided by us.
    • Integration into your production system, which we implement together with you.
    How does ClickID communicate with other systems?

    ClickID remains continuously connected to your production system. We use MQTT as the standard communication protocol, but this can be customized or extended as needed.

    Can ClickID be used at different stations?

    Yes, this is easily possible. Different scenarios can be trained and switched over-the-air within seconds.

    How long does ClickID last and what does the rental model include?

    ClickID is offered as a rental model that provides you with numerous advantages:

    • You always receive a fully functional and up-to-date device – in case of wear, defects, or hardware upgrades, we replace it free of charge.
    • Support for the AI model is included: we continuously adapt the system to ensure optimal performance.
    • Maintenance, repairs, and regular over-the-air updates are also included.

    Other contract models are available upon request.

    How long does the installation take?

    The duration of the learning phase is individual and depends on the scope of the integration. On average, the learning phase takes 1–2 weeks. This is followed by installation and integration into your production.
